Vietnam Private Healthcare Development Forum 2026: Nutrition Beyond the Hospital

AU SUNSHINE participated in the 2nd Vietnam Private Healthcare Development Forum 2026 (VPHD Forum 2026) with a dedicated Perdays booth, expanding connections with healthcare professionals and businesses while reaffirming its commitment to quality, transparent information, and consumer responsibility.

Vietnam Private Healthcare Development Forum 2026: Nutrition Beyond the Hospital

Within the healthcare ecosystem, hospitals play a central role in diagnosis and treatment, doctors provide clinical expertise, technology supports healthcare management and treatment, while nutrition companies can contribute to everyday health and wellness.

At the 2nd Vietnam Private Healthcare Development Forum 2026 (VPHD Forum 2026), AU SUNSHINE participated with a booth showcasing its Perdays product range. The presence was more than an opportunity to introduce products to the professional community. It also reflected a broader trend: nutrition companies are increasingly seeking to engage in conversations about healthcare and long-term well-being.

Healthcare Extends Beyond Hospitals

A nutrition brand exhibiting at a forum attended by representatives of regulatory authorities, hospitals, healthcare professionals and investors may stand out. For AU SUNSHINE Co., Ltd., however, this was a deliberate choice.

The company participated in the 2nd Vietnam Private Healthcare Development Forum 2026 with a dedicated booth introducing Perdays, a nutrition supplement brand distributed in Vietnam.

VPHD Forum 2026 focused on major issues shaping the private healthcare sector, including regulatory frameworks, resources, quality, workforce development and sustainable growth.

Prof. Academician Nguyen Van De, Honorary Professor and Chairman of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association, emphasized the need for a transparent, equitable and stable regulatory environment for private healthcare providers. At the same time, healthcare institutions must continue to raise their standards in quality, management and social responsibility.

Against this backdrop, the presence of a nutrition company at the forum offered a different perspective: healthcare is not confined to hospitals.

Health and well-being are also shaped at home, through diet, daily habits and the choices people make every day. These factors are particularly relevant to women and children, whose nutritional needs can vary significantly throughout different stages of life.

Perdays Focuses on Women and Families

Perdays develops its product portfolio around different stages of health and wellness, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and general health. Its range includes products featuring nutrients such as DHA, iron, vitamin C, probiotics and vitamin D.

For women during pregnancy, Pregnancy DHA provides DHA sourced from microalgae oil, while Pregnancy Iron & Vitamin C combines iron and vitamin C. For the postpartum stage, the brand also offers products designed to support the intake of probiotics and vitamin D.

Organizing its portfolio around different life stages allows Perdays to address a broader range of consumer needs rather than focusing on individual products in isolation.

Nevertheless, nutritional supplements remain only one component of a balanced approach to health. For pregnant women, children and individuals with specific health conditions, product selection and use should be carefully considered in accordance with their individual needs.

“We Want to Better Understand Consumers”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra Giang, Director of AU SUNSHINE Co., Ltd., explained that participating in the forum with the Perdays booth provided an opportunity to connect with a professional community beyond the company's usual sales channels.

“AU SUNSHINE's participation in VPHD Forum 2026 with the Perdays booth gave us an opportunity to introduce our products. More importantly, it allowed us to connect directly with healthcare professionals, medical institutions and businesses.

The discussions at the forum helped us gain a deeper understanding of the increasingly high expectations of the healthcare market and the responsibilities businesses have toward consumers,” Ms. Giang shared.

This reflects the direction the company aims to pursue: not simply bringing products to market, but also listening to real-world questions, concerns and needs.

According to Ms. Giang, when it comes to health-related products, there can sometimes be a significant gap between what a product contains and what consumers actually need.

Even when a product contains suitable ingredients, its value may be undermined if consumers misunderstand its intended benefits, use it inappropriately or develop unrealistic expectations.

“Therefore, a company's responsibility does not end with manufacturing, importing or distributing products. It also includes providing clear and reliable information,” Ms. Giang emphasized.

Competing Through Quality and Trust

The rapid growth of the health and wellness market has given consumers more choices than ever. Yet as options expand, so does the importance of trust.

This is also a central theme of VPHD Forum 2026: developing the private healthcare sector is not simply about expanding its scale, but about strengthening quality and responsibility.

For AU SUNSHINE, bringing Perdays to the forum was an opportunity to position the brand within the broader healthcare landscape. The objective is not to present nutritional supplements as a substitute for medical treatment, but to clarify the role nutrition can play in proactive health management.

By emphasizing product quality, responsible communication and engagement with the professional community, AU SUNSHINE seeks to build a foundation of trust with consumers and partners.

From a Booth to a Broader Healthcare Ecosystem

Perdays' presence at VPHD Forum 2026 can therefore be viewed from two perspectives. For the business, it was an opportunity to introduce its products and build market connections. More broadly, it represented a nutrition company taking part in a shared dialogue on how to develop a more comprehensive healthcare ecosystem.

Within this ecosystem, hospitals remain central to diagnosis and treatment, doctors provide clinical expertise, technology supports healthcare management and treatment, and nutrition companies can contribute to everyday health and wellness.

Perdays focuses on women, children and families as its primary consumer groups. AU SUNSHINE, meanwhile, aims to strengthen its position through product quality, professional engagement and the development of long-term trust.

Ultimately, whether in hospitals or in the nutrition sector, the common goal remains the same: ensuring that people have access to safe, appropriate and responsibly presented healthcare and wellness solutions.
